Born in 1957, in İstanbul, Toner graduated from Saint-Joseph French Boys’ High School in 1976 and from Mimar Sinan University, School of Architecture with a master's degree in architecture. Today, Toner provides services in architecture and interior design, such as concept development, project design and project construction, within Toner Architecture. Toner’s works include various residences, stores and office designs such as Philip Morris Offices, Armaggan Stores, Beymen Stores, Boyner Stores, Kahve Dünyası Kemerburgaz, Veliefendi Factory and Take-Away Stores, Tekfen Bomonti and Maçka Apartments, L’ist İstinye Suites, renovations of Hilton Hotels (in Adana, Mersin, Ankara and İzmir), Marriott İstanbul West Hotel, Marriott Yalıkavak Hotel, Pristina Four Points Hotel, Radisson Blu Ataköy Hotel, Radisson Blu Vadistanbul Hotel, Swissotel Bursa, NEF Gölköy and Kandilli Projects.
