Çağla Akyürek Architecture
She completed her primary, secondary and high school education at TED Ankara College. She graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Architecture in 1991 as the valedictorian of the university. In 1993, she received her master's degree from Ball State University, Muncie-Indiana, USA, where she received a scholarship. In 1998, she founded Akyürek Elmas Architecture in Istanbul and until 2018, she has completed many qualified projects in the fields of industry, housing, tourism, education, urban design and office buildings. In 1998, she received the third prize in the Izmir Airport International Terminal Architectural Project Competition, and in the same year, she received the first prize in the Erkul Cosmetics Office and Factory Building Invitational Competition. In 2011, she won the Best of Europe and the World Award at the 17th International Property Awards with the Magic Ice Ice Museum project. In 2019, she founded Çağla Akyürek Architecture and is currently working as a part-time lecturer at universities.
