CBA - Cafer Bozkurt Architecture

He was born in Istanbul in 1945. He graduated from ITU in 1968 with the first rank. In 1971, he founded CBA - Cafer Bozkurt Architecture.

Cafer Bozkurt has won the Chamber of Architects National Architecture Awards, Historical Cities Association Awards, Turkish Ready Mixed Concrete Association Grand Prize for Architecture, Europa Nostra Award, The Chicago Athenaeum: International Architecture Awards and Green Good Design.

Bozkurt, who was a founding member of the Architecture Foundation, president of TSMD, founding member and president of IstanbulSMD, served as chairman of the High Boards for the Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Turkey, as well as the Boards Responsible for Istanbul's Historic Peninsula and Bosphorus. He has been invited to various conferences at home and abroad, has been a lecturer at universities, and has served as a jury member in many competitions.
