Ali Çiçek Architects
Çiçek graduated from State Academy of Fine Arts’ School of Architecture in 1976. Following his graduation he started working as an assistant in the same department. In 1985, after parting from his position as an assistant, he started focusing on his private practice in architecture. In 2001, he completed his PhD studies on Statics (Yapı Fiziği) in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Architecture. Since 2001, Çiçek continues his position as a lecturer in Bahçeşehir University’s School of Architecture. He also designed the campus building for the Law Faculty of the same institution, which is being constructed on Çırağan Street, Beşiktaş. He also designed the St. Pierre Han Galata project. Since 2017, Çiçek teaches architectural design courses in Berlin International University. Still, today he continues his design projects and consultancy services as part of the Ali Çiçek Architecture.
